Concrete Well Tops
This casing and top are used in agriculture to house the bladder tank, pressure switch, pump, valves, and wiring of a well to supply drinking water to livestock. The top and casing weigh approximately 700 lbs. each. Too heavy for livestock to damage it while scratching its head against the top. The top has an eye bolt for easy lifting. The wall thickness of the casing is 2 3/8”.
The 24" well top fits a well pipe with a 24" inside diameter. The well top itself measures 30" across the top.
The 26" well top fits a well pipe with a 26" inside diameter. The well top itself measures 32" across the top. These are less common but a few can be found in the Fredericksburg, VA area.
The 30" well top fits a well pipe with a 30" inside diameter. The well top itself measures 36" across the top. This is the most common well top used in Eastern Virginia.
This 36" well top fits a well pipe with a 36" inside diameter. The well top itself measures 42" across the top and fits a pipe that contains a lip at the top of the well pipe.
This 36" well top fits a well pipe with a 36" inside diameter. The well top itself measures 46" across the top and fits a pipe that is flat at the top of the well pipe.
This 24" inside diameter well casing comes in lengths of 12" and 24". Also called well pipe or culvert.
This 30" inside diameter well casing comes in lengths of 12", 18", 24" and 36". Also called well pipe or culvert.
